Scrambler Fever 2018
Scrambler fever has taken over the area around Złocieniec this time. The rally base was as usual in a charming place by the lake. Beautiful weather, beautiful surroundings, oldschool motorcycles and a harmonious team are the best recipe for a successful long weekend.
The third edition was announced by the "old guard", faithful to the party from the very beginning, as well as newcommers from whole Poland and abroad. The novices acclimatized quickly during the Thursday's chillout and in the evening everyone already created one big family.
The weather has spoiled us this time. Short pants and flip-flops were enough to survive the next 4 days. If someone has enriched the contents of the backpack with swimming trunks, he certainly used them many times :)

On Thursday afternoon, as part of the warm-up, we did something like the off-road gymkhana. Giant slalom plus physical and fitness exercises ensured great fun for the gathered audience. In addition, throughout the day the team from Oldschool Barbershop from the Tri-City shaved and trimmed anyone who wanted. Thanks Mickey !!
In the evening there was a bonfire, barbecue, open air cinema under til late .. but not too long! Because there is rally on Friday!
After a delicious breakfast, quick check-in to remind you of the rules of using the roadbook before heading off and START! Before participants was a minimum of 70km of gravel, dirt roads and this time, fortunately, a light mud. Along the way, a few tasks to do, and above all, good fun and beautiful landscapes. At the finish line, dinner and warm water in the lake awaited.
After summarizing the points, it turned out that the most of them was collected by Clemens from France riding on the rebuilt Kawasaki KLR650. Respect!
In the evening again, the fire burned until late, and conversations in many languages could be heard until dawn.
Saturday lazily lurking around the corner. After a hearty regenerating breakfast, we jumped on bikes to explore the surroundings. In connection with the injury of the wrist, which I experienced while touring the route the day before the event, Siwy was doing the guide job for the pack, which the Drawski Landscape Park knows better than the inhabitants. The purpose of the ride was the river, which had to be crossed. Anyone who has ever done this knows how it feels to wander towards the land in spite of the current and the uncertain depth. For sure, we will repeat it again!
That day it was possible to cover about 120km. In the evening everyone returned to the base, exhausted but smiling. The bonfire burned non-stop, and the talks were endless.
Some riders were left until Monday enjoying the peace, tranquility and wildness of this place.
We also felt sorry to return home.
At this point, we would like to thank those without which Scrambler Fever would not be as it is:
